Itinerary

Day 1: Fez – Ifrane – Midelt – Merzouga
Pick-up from your accommodation in Fez at 8:00 AM. We drive through the Middle Atlas, stopping in Ifrane—often called the Switzerland of Morocco—and the cedar forest of Azrou to see monkeys in the wild.
After lunch in Midelt, we continue toward Merzouga with scenic stops along palm groves and mountain views. In Merzouga, enjoy mint tea at a kasbah before your one-hour camel ride into the dunes at sunset.
Arrive at the desert camp for dinner, campfire music, and a night under the stars in a private Berber tent.

Day 2: Merzouga – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley or Ouarzazate
After breakfast, depart via the legendary Road of a Thousand Kasbahs. Stop at the Todra Gorge for a walk between the cliffs, then continue through Dades Valley with its dramatic rock formations.
You’ll arrive in either Dades or Ouarzazate by late afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay at a traditional guesthouse or hotel.

Day 3: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech
After breakfast, visit Ouarzazate’s highlights: the Kasbah of Taourirt and the famous Atlas Studios. Then travel to the Fint Oasis before continuing to Ait Ben Haddou for lunch and a guided visit of the UNESCO site featured in Gladiator, Game of Thrones, and Lawrence of Arabia.
In the afternoon, cross the High Atlas via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m), passing through changing mountain landscapes before reaching Marrakech around sunset.
